The hotel's location is ideal, just a short walk away from the heart of Old Town Innsbruck, with easy access to transportation and cable cars to explore the mountain peaks. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a great breakfast offering different teas and coffees. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing storage for luggage and arranging taxis.
The AC in one of the rooms on the fourth floor facing the street and river was inefficient, resulting in discomfort for guests.
